1. What’s the difference between a Tidy Clean, Basic Clean, and Deep Clean?
Tidy Clean is the lightest and fastest option, perfect for a quick refresh. Basic Clean goes further with more routine cleaning across the home. Deep Clean is the most detailed service and targets built-up grime and hard-to-reach areas.
2. Is Tidy Clean good for a first-time clean?
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, Basic or Deep Clean is usually a better starting point. Tidy Clean is best when the home is already in decent shape and you want a quick reset.
3. Can you wash couch cushion covers?
Usually, yes, if the care tag says machine washable. Most covers do best on cold, gentle cycles and air drying to avoid shrinking. If the tag says dry clean only or there’s no label, spot-cleaning is the safer move.
4. What should I do about black mold in the shower?
If it’s true black mold (not just dark mildew), it can be a health concern. Small surface spots may be cleanable, but recurring growth, spread beyond tile, or mold in caulk/drywall may require professional remediation.
5. Is it okay if my pet is home during the clean?
Yes. We’re pet-friendly. If your pet is nervous around vacuums or new people, we recommend setting them up in a cozy space before we arrive.
