Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, you do not need to provide any supplies. We bring all products, equipment, and materials needed to do the job right. You can learn more about the products we use here.
Will I have to wait during a window for the team to arrive?
Nope! We offer exact scheduling, meaning if your three hour appointment is at 8:30 am, we’ll arrive at 8:30 am and be done at 11:30 am sharp.
Do I need to be home when the housekeepers arrive?
No, you do not. Many of our customers aren’t home when we clean for them. Please be sure to leave accurate instructions so we can access your home and not waste any of your valuable cleaning time.
Is it ok if my pet is home when you clean?
Yes, absolutely. We are very pet-friendly and look forward to meeting you and your pet!
What’s the difference between a basic clean vs. a deep clean?
Basic clean services include more routine chores like dusting surfaces and tidying beds to guarantee your home is neat and orderly. A deep clean, on the other hand, is a more exhaustive and detailed process that tackles areas like the spaces beneath appliances and baseboards.
