Born in 1913, Vella Veatch was our founder and CEO’s grandmother. She held the values of hard work, resilience, and spotless grout near and dear.
2009
How it all started
Jeri carried these values with her when she moved her family to Dallas, Texas and founded Highland Park Housekeeping. Over the next 15 years, HPH grew to become Dallas’s #1 cleaning service, with 42 teams cleaning across DFW.
2023
Vella reborn
Through research, fine-tuning, and thousands of sponges, Highland Park Housekeeping got a Deep Clean in September of 2023 and became Vella: the modernized answer to the age-old woes of keeping a home spic and span. The secret sauce? Doing things the way Vella did them – completely, thoroughly, and without cutting corners.
